Pickup & Domestic Shipping:

I offer local pickup to save you (everyone dislikes shipping, I know!) By local it could be from me on my front porch, a local meet up, or I could deliver if appropriate. Shipping will be calculated based on weight, packaging and zip code of buyer or where the item is requested to be shipped. We currently do not ship internationally.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

All items are non-refundable unless there is a product defect. If they have been damaged in shipping, please communicate with us and we will determine replacement or refund.

Returns:

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for a replacement if it’s been damaged or broken in shipping.   Custom (personalized) items are not available for returns/refunds unless it was an error on our part.  

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
